Double Garage and Sunroom AdditionHere we tore down the existing attached garage on this house and then added two more, one accessible at the back of the house and with a sunroom built on the second floor. We also re-roofed the entire house and replaced all of the rainwear and soffit.

Surface Mount Panel CeilingIn this basement the ceiling was the last item to be finished. To avoid getting drywall dust everywhere and keep the ducts/wiring/plumbing in the floor joist accessible the owner wanted to install a drop down ceiling. Unfortunately, with the height in the ceiling and the amount of room between the door headers and the ceiling this just would not be possible. So we tracked down a product that could be surface mounted but was clean and easily removed later just like a standard ceiling tile.
